I have one 5 x 7’’, one A9 (makes sheets approximately 5.5 x 8.5”. Mould is sized slightly smaller to ensure that the deckled edges fit nicely in a standard A9 envelope), and two 11 x 17’’, one in natural, the other in black.

Please note that the 5 x 7’’ is slightly larger than my single sheet A7 option, which is sized under 5 x 7’’ in order to allow room for deckled edges to fit inside standard A7 envelopes.
